Nigel Farage on death threats in the street, Brexit campaign and claims ...

Ah yes, but why didn't you go for the premiership? Let me tell you something: I have seen the best of the best--we've already established that--but I've also worked for the real winners. And they are both interesting people always; but also, always share certain characteristics. A few do not desire to be winners, and indeed this is what Michael Jordan always said--you have to want to win. But others, they are winners. It's the kind of thing where one says, "Well, we can't argue with that; that person is true winner (or leader, or brother....)." These people will never betray you. However, they do play by the rules. nothing and no one is perfect. SPIES OF WAR But, it is incorrect. The people of which I speak did know, obviously, or some young yearling told him all about it--however he saw fit. It is, indeed interesting, to see this kind of clear missight on TV show that is presumably doctrine.  I love how it ends. That tells us that it is true. In other wor...

The Man's Test

I am working on a list of questions to determine if a person is a man or not. The first question is-- Have you ever properly owned a Stetson? If, not that specific brand, then what and why? For you see, a real man would have devoted some time, at a certain point of his life, into buying and wearing--indeed, and even defending--a Stetson hat. I have done the above at 2 points of my life, the first in my early 20s--for no other reason. Question number two: do you truly understand what it means to smoke a cigar? If so, please explain. Question number three: do you know how to back up a trailer? Question number four: do you have any idea about the nomenclature of engine motors? Yes or no, answer the question.

Dewbs & Co | Tuesday 23rd August

This girl is so coool....that she's British makes it all the more real. Like not all women are cool. Or men. Like do you understand what I mean when I say, 'cool'? That would take some explaining. I am basically a casting director. In fact, I am one of the best, ever--everyone knew it, and acknowledged it. Which they did. I agree with everything that she says. Here, let's break it down, for old times sake--actors who I hired worked professionally--right along Broadway, top people there, and they got paid; but more so they got real, real, work. And hard too. But damn good. You know I speak the Truth. No actor wants to work on a poorly-written script, almost as much as they want to work for a bad director. The plays were mostly my own or other plays that were highly paid, along with the promos, media, and what not, which frankly were the result of my own work, again. So pretty soon, I can call a damn rehearsal on the 4th plane of hell, and a full contingent of actors and ...

Rishi Sunak Must be in the Next UK Government

It is very refreshing to listen to Mr. Sunak speak in Manchester. It's tempting to support him in the first place--clearly he is Indian. Why not put all of the winners in there? But, Mrs. Truss seems to have take the reins for now for real, so I am again proven correct. And I will say that, in the long term, Mrs. Truss is quite an incredible choice. She has the direction and indeed the leadership to change quite a bit. The potential is very much there--just like it was with Boris. The British Prime Minister is very important to the American president. And still, why wouldn't you put Mr. Sunak in the next government? Or wouldn't he be back into his old position? I am still very much learning British government, so I have no idea. Even just the debate tonight was fascinating and I have learned even more, and always about a wide amount of subjects. I have no opinion, as an outsider, as an American. I am truly neutral. It is an enjoyable pastime to follow closely a foreign nat...

Does Liz Truss have Leadership?

What Liz Truss is wanting is a manner of Leadership, with a Capital L. UK PM Boris J. was an example of a poor leader and I wrote that so many times--so again, I was proved correct. I can spot a poor leader a mile away, just as I can spot a good leader, having been to more military schools than one, as well as my own personal understanding and experience of leadership. Also, I have been a CEO, run a business, etc. Mrs. Truss would then greatly contrast with Boris, and frankly the other guy too, who also is no leader. But, Mrs. Truss, could be or I suspect may at least have some real potential or it's already there; but we can't see it yet. The thing has little to do with a TV image, this is just the opposite to that. And note where that "great image" has landed Mr. Boris today. It is a kind of thing that is picked up by the press, in writing, as well as noted by the cameras--if done correctly. Most so-called leaders have no idea what they are doing, and are in way ov...
Inferno, Canto XXXIV Dante Alighieri  - 1265-1321 "'Vexilla Regis prodeunt Inferni' Towards us; therefore look in front of thee," My Master said, "if thou discernest him." As, when there breathes a heavy fog, or when Our hemisphere is darkening into night, Appears far off a mill the wind is turning, Methought that such a building then I saw; And, for the wind, I drew myself behind My Guide, because there was no other shelter. Now was I, and with fear in verse I put it, There where the shades were wholly covered up, And glimmered through like unto straws in glass. Some prone are lying, others stand erect, This with the head, and that one with the soles; Another, bow-like, face to feet inverts. When in advance so far we had proceeded, That it my Master pleased to show to me The creature who once had the beauteous semblance, He from before me moved and made me stop, Saying: "Behold Dis, and behold the place Where thou with...

Salman Rushdie Attacked

This is a tough one. I am, of course, opposing any violent attack upon this old man and I wish him well. However, on a philosophical level, I do not agree with Salman Rushdie on any single level and I never have all of my life. I do not like his writing in any way, shape or form, and I think that he is yet another vain, postmodern, neurotic, bad writer seeking fame through a selfsame Leftist press. He is a horrible writer, and he is an extremely bad example of a modern writer. As a modern writer or more modern than Rushdie, I think that Mr. Rushdie would be wise to "get with the times". I would never disrespect the Prophet Muhammed in my writing, and anyway, why would I desire to do such a thing? Indeed, the Prophet Muhammed strikes me as quite an interesting...prophet. He went to a cave to write down his visions, which became a book that is rather interesting to read, and extremely imaginative. The Prophet Muhammed would seem to be a far superior writer than Salman Rushdie e...

The Whales--a farce

Here is another play of mine that I produced in New York. It was a very large cast of actors who quite literally, very seriously fell in love with this play. I mean, it's like nothing I've ever seen before. It's just something about the wording that hooks them, and then they are eating out of my hand. It produces this strange elation or joy. And these weren't chumps; they were the cream of the crop of actors and singers, trained at the very best university programs, acting schools, music schools, etc., etc., in New York--ergo, the world--and professionally working in New York, and therefore, they were really the greatest actors and singers in the world. Some went on to "the big time"; but nowadays that means nothing, in my humble opinion. For the most part, I personally discovered them first, and from me they went on to the Union or Actors' Equity Union, which I have covered all of this in my book on producing theater in New York. Broadway actors also soug...
